Robert M. Anderson has been practicing law for 18 years. After
graduating from New York Law School in 1986, he was admitted to the
NJ State Court and U.S. District Court of NJ. In 1999, he was
admitted to the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Anderson is certified by the NJ Supreme Court as a Certified
Civil Trial Attorney as well as a member of the prestigious Million
Dollar Advocate Forum. He has litigated hundreds of matters to
conclusion and has significant experience trying cases for both
plaintiffs and defendants.
Robert Anderson has argued cases before the Appellate Division of
the State of New Jersey and the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Mr. Anderson has been published in the New Jersey Law Journal,
Newark Star-Ledger, and Jury Verdict Review and Analysis.
Mr. Anderson is an arbitrator for both Monmouth and Mercer
Counties. He is currently a member of the New Jersey State Bar
Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association where he was
recently recognized for his work as a volunteer member of Trial
Lawyers Care. Mr. Anderson has also received awards from the Jersey
City Police Benevolent Association, the City of Bayonne, and the
American Legion for his community service.
Robert Anderson is married to his wife of 17 years, Noel, and has
two daughters, Elizabeth and Emmeline.
